You can rent used LEGO sets from brickzonwheels.com (the “Service”).

MISSING PIECES

Once the sets are returned to us, we will check the sets to make sure it has all the pieces required to build it again. Brickzonwheels.com does not charge the customers for up-to 5 missing regular pieces. If there are more than 5 regular pieces missing, we will charge from ₹10 to ₹100 depending on the size and the price of the regular pieces missing. The regular pieces do not include minifigures or pieces that are rare to obtain, which we call as special pieces. We charge our customers a fee of ₹100 to ₹1000 depending on the type of special piece that is missing. If we determine that the returned sets have more than 40 pieces missing, we will not refund the deposit back to the customers. Bricksonwheels.com has the right to collect any outstanding debts or outstanding payments either directly or through an agency by using the contact information you provided us. We also have the right to collect the sets that are not returned to us with in the requested time either directly or through an agency by using the contact information you provided us. You as a customer also authorize us to do background checks and reach you on the address we determined from our background check, if you did not return our sets or have an outstanding payment 30 days past your due date to return the sets.

SHIPPING

We directly ship our Lego sets to our customers for free. We require signature or an acknowledgement from you stating that you received our sets. Your rental period starts from the point we received your acknowledgement. Brickzonwheels.com is not responsible for the sets once it is delivered to the customers residence. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure there is enough space and location for them to construct and deconstruct the Lego sets. The customer is responsible for deconstructing the Lego sets just to an extent that it can fit in the shipment box we provide. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack them properly using the packing materials we provide. The customer is also responsible for sending us back all the trays and instructions that came with the package. We will arrange pick up of our sets from your residence using the shipping services we prefer. We have right to change that shipping service provider at our own will.

PRICING & REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

·The prices indicated on our website on each product, is the price to rent that Lego set for a specific time. The time included for the price will be appropriately mentioned when you checkout a product.

·You as a customer have the ability to extend the rental period to more weeks by selecting the appropriate options during the checkout process

·Each product on our site has a label on it showing how much refundable deposit will be held for that product.

·Once we receive the Lego sets from the customers, our team will do a thorough inventory check of all the pieces and refund the deposit if there are no missing regular pieces. Please see the Missing Pieces section above for more details.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

You authorize Brickzonwheels.com to charge a refundable deposit and the price for each product during the checkout. Once the Lego set is returned to us and we verified the completion of the set, the amount mentioned as the refundable deposit will be refunded back to the payment method used. The refund can take 8-10 days to reach your payment source

AGE

Our website is only for parents and adults who are above 18 years. You agree not to become a member of our site if you are under the age of 18. We have the right to refuse or cancel membership to any user at our will, if we determine any violation of our terms and conditions mentioned here. We have the right to add, remove or change any of the terms and conditions mentioned here without any notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately once it is posted on our website. Please read this terms and conditions regularly when you are using or shopping at our Website, to make sure you agree with them before checkout.

We value the privacy of our customers. We do not rent, sell, or share any of the information you provide us to any other company for marketing purposes. You agree to let us use the information you provide us, to send marketing emails and advertisements only to sell our own services and products. SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS

Brickzonwheels.com collects name, address, phone number and email addresses from our customers when they rent our products. We do not validate any details our customers provide. We rely on the information our customers provide, and we believe it is accurate. If inaccurate information is provided to us, we will not be able to provide appropriate services and products.

CLEANLINESS

We try to keep our Lego sets in a clean condition by sanitizing them and cleaning them on a regular basis. We cannot guarantee the sets remains in the same clean condition once it is shipped to you. There is a possibility for the bricks to accumulate dust during the shipping process.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want our customers to be satisfied with our service. Please reach out to us via email or phone to tell us your concerns and we will try to work with you to address any issues or concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate very efficiently to fulfill the orders as soon as we receive it. So, it is difficult for us to cancel the order once it is shipped. Please contact us via phone or email and we can try to cancel your order if it is not shipped at the time of you call.

SET RETURN POLICY

Once your rental period is done, we will pick the Lego sets from your residence. When you return our Lego sets, you agree to keep them separate without mixing up with any other Lego sets. If you rent multiple sets from us, we expect you to return our sets in separate boxes provided for each of those sets. Please do not mix pieces from one set with another. When pieces get mixed up, it is hard for us to separate which pieces belong to which set and the sets become unusable. If you return our sets in a mixed-up condition, we will charge you a fee from your refundable deposit, based on the amount of effort that takes for us to separate them out.

SET PRICE CHANGE POLICY

The prices of the Lego sets are subject to change anytime without notification. We do not notify our customers about any price changes. The price and the deposit mentioned during the checkout process will be the price and the deposit applicable for your order. If the price or deposit changes after your order, you will be still responsible for the prices and the deposit shown to you during the checkout process.

MEMBER REGISTRATION

We require an email address from our customers to rent Lego sets from our website. The same email address can be used to login to our website for tracking orders and renting out sets in the future. For security purposes, every time you login to our website, we will send a login link to your email and once you click on that login link, it will log you in to our website automatically.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer, it is your responsibility to user our Lego sets properly without any misuse. Brickzonwheels.com is not liable for any injuries or damage, whether direct or indirect arising out of using our services. We guarantee that our sets are inspected properly for any damage before renting out, but it is your responsibility if the individual pieces are damaged by improper usage. You agree to be charged an amount from your refundable deposit, based on the amount of damage caused to the Lego bricks. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish on social media about bricksonwheels.com. You agree not to post any inaccurate, abusive, offensive, or illegal material about us that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). We reserve the right, but we have no obligation, to reject any information or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions sets forth in this section. Brickzonwheels.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.

CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT

As a user or Member of this service, you agree:

1. I will return the Lego sets by deconstructing them and packing them in the given packing materials.
2. I agree to ship the Lego set after my rental period is complete
3. I will notify brickzonwheels.com about any damage or missing pieces during the time the Lego set was with me. I agree that I might be charged the appropriate amount from my refundable deposit based on the Missing Pieces section above.
4. I will not involve in any conduct that poses any type of threat to brickzonwheels.com that can lead to civil or criminal penalties.
5. Brickzonwheels.com has the right to remove any negative or abusive posts by the customers on any of the channels or pages owned by Brickzonwheels.com.
6. I am 18 years of age and I agree to enter into this agreement with brickzonwheels.com

All the content in this website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of India. and other countries. Each individual element on this website is also protected under Indian copyright and other laws and treaties. You as a customer, agree to abide by all the applicable copyright rules and regulations.
